Katharine Scott has been writing best-selling, educational materials for the last twenty years. She has extensive experience working with young learners and many of her publications have been for Primary schools. Over the years she has explored many different approaches to language learning including CLIL, topic based methodology, story-based language learning and literacy development. In recent years, Katharine has written Natural and Social Science course books aimed at bilingual learners. Katharine has also written articles for pedagogical publications for teachers of both primary and secondary schools. Katharine works as a teacher trainer and takes part in plenaries, seminars, workshops and training sessions throughout Latin America, Turkey, eastern Europe and the Middle East, as well as in Spain, where she is based.
